First of all, take out the bamboo mat. Then put the seaweed layer on the mat. You have to pick half of that sheet. On the rough side, spread sushi rice evenly. The rice will be outside while the fillings inside the roll.

Now flip the sheet over. First, align cucumber then avocado slices. After that set shrimp above them.
